Bosence Farm Community Trust is a drug and alcohol treatment centre based in Townshend, near Hayle. The centre is made up of three separate units – a detox unit, a rehabilitation unit and a young person’s unit.

Roscoe Communications hired to look at the current marketing of the centre and make strategic recommendations moving forward, commissioned by the Chief Executive Officer, Kate Cook. This was delivered in March 2020.

Set in 22 acres of Cornish countryside, this rural retreat offers a unique location for people to recover. Ecotherapy has been trialled in their detox and rehabilitation programmes and will be rolled out across all three units in 2020 as an intrinsic part of people’s recovery.

Bosence want to see a society where every person suffering from substance misuse can receive high quality treatment and support to meet their needs and help them become fulfilled and productive members of their community.

Originally established in 1995 as a rehabilitation centre for people with substance abuse problems, Bosence Farm operates as a charity with the primary aim of offering socially excluded people – those who couldn’t typically afford their own treatment - a place to recover from their drug and alcohol problems.
