Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre

Roscoe Communications was appointed to work with Newquay heritage attraction Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre, helping to review their marketing plans and direction working alongside Board trustees Richard Spencer-Breeze and Tim Yorke-Dunne.

This fascinating museum , founded in 2015, provides an opportunity for all the family to experience the excitement of aviation. The museum celebrates and presents Britain’s aviation heritage from the age when it proudly led the world.

Set amongst the massive, looming silhouettes of a complex of ex-RAF hanger. the aviation experience gives visitors the chance to get into the cockpit of the aeroplanes, sit in the pilot seat of fighter jets and imagine what it is like to fly.

With a range of aircraft from many different decades, and helmed by a squadron of committed, enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers offering their insights and expertise, you can see the team hard at work on restoration projects, get into the museum's flight simulator and get curious about the dials and controls of the different planes.

Looking is good, listening is great, but there is nothing better than being able to touch and explore the exhibits. Children are encouraged to get inside the planes and use their imaginations.
