Lappa Valley is a family visitor attraction, based just outside Newquay. It is the only attraction in Cornwall that transports visitors on an exciting and nostalgic steam train ride into a hidden valley of traditional fun and family adventure.
Families can enjoy crazy golf, a boating lake, indoor and outdoor play areas and two more railway tracks.
Based in 35 acres of beautiful Cornish woodland and countryside, Lappa owners Keith and Sara Southwell have plans to expand on their offer in the near future, including education resources, improved retail outlet, a new cafe and nature trails. Their ambition is to become the number one attraction in Cornwall for families of under 10's, and to grow from 60,000 visitors to 100,000 in the next five years.
Keith and Sara were looking for Cornwall-based marketing support in developing a clear marketing strategy for the attraction and reviewing current practice. They also required ongoing strategic and operational marketing support ,including print and design management, digital marketing management including social media channels, event management and promotion and visual identity review.
